Hello

How can i filter the leads that were first created by the customer (from the website) vs the ones created by a sales rep ?

I tried to create an automation that would set the field ''referral'' to WEB but it does not work.

See filter: automation - WEB

And Automation: WEB

Thank you Chad but i seams a little complicated to me as i have a lot of customization to my website and checkout pages.

I am hopping there is an easier way to filter the leads that comes from the web

What Chad did works because there isn't a filter for created by office or created by customer

This may work...Since you have that lead status set for only customer generated leads

but it doesn't . See lead #21797237.

That lead came from the Web but it did not update the referral field.

When i do the filter : automation - WEB, it filtes that lead but did not update the referral

Is there a difference between: lead status and lead loading status ?

You should only need to use lead status
