Most customers want to see an invoice from our company with services provided and most want as an attachment, not as part of an email. I have lots of customer who complain about this!! Printing invoice from an email instead of a separate attachment can be messy and distorted.

We do have a brand new option...you can send a contract email with a button that says "download pdf". Do you think that would work for you?

Joel has created some variables that you can add to a email template. When the customer clicks on these it will download a pdf automatically for them. Here are the options:

contract_current_url_pdf

contract_url_pdf

purchaseorder_url_pdf

receipt_url_pdf
