Promo/Fee limiting number of items

I'm trying to create a new promo where a customer can rent only 4 tables and 32 chairs and receive a discount but when selecting the chairs the drop down menu only goes up to 10. It's also doing it on the tables (although I only want to select 4 tables anyways). Please help, thank you.

For this promo, did you want a set amount for the 4 tables and 32 chairs? or a percentage off of the first 4 tables and chairs they rent? There's a couple different ways to do this--so want to be sure.

I want to set it up to where a customer who is only requesting tables and chairs will get the first 4 tables and 32 chairs for $70 and any additional tables and chairs after that are charged at our regular price.

You'll want to create a Special in Settings->Promotions/Fees using the "Advanced Rule" type (a checkbox near the top). After clicking Add Rule, you'll add the follow 2 "and" rules.
