Highlight "NEW or DIFFERENT" Additional Notes in User Log on Event Lead

Whenever we add or modify notes in a lead, the whole section gets added to the user log as a big paragraph, is it possible the user log only highlights the differences between editing notes in a lead?

Possibly, but it wouldn't be easy. The process needed to run to do this would likely be time consuming on each save; but we'll see if we can find a speedy way to implement it.
