How can I stop people from completing the booking process four orders like lead number 3845213
I thought my minimum was $100, yet this customer was able to book. Is there any way to create something that would make a delivery fee equal to the amount of my minimum delivery amount?

Under Settings-->Distance Charges you have it set up that you are will to drive up to 35 miles if the rental price is under $100...you may want to alter this. We can set up fees to add a percentage or a flat amount, but no way to add a fee that would calculate on the difference of the rental and amount and the minimum delivery amount.
