I want to give my customers an option to choose "Overnight Rental" for an additional charge at checkout. Is there a way for me to do this?

Yes, you could always add the Overnight Rental as an accessory w/ it's own price added. So the customer could add the overnight option and it would be the rental cost+overnight charge.
