Workers Site: Why can you create an Attachment in Calendar tab but not Lead tab?

Seems when you click the Shift in Calendar tab and Lead in Lead Tab you get all the same options in the pop-up window except the ability to create an Attachment.

In both methods, it simply starts an email to the correct address with the lead ID in the subject lines.
