A way to make the shortcode "contract_url" simply say "contract" instead of "event contract"?

I feel like this was answered but I cannot find it. When I use the shortcode in the email center %contract_url%, it hyperlinks "event contract". We want to omit "event" as we are not always booking 'events'. Possible?
