Manager survey not sending

I checked everything I can think of... I have no idea why the manager survey’s aren’t sending to my guys. It looks like the last one sent was in 2015 so I am sure it’s something we did but idk what... help please?

In Workers->Positions, the Position needs to have the attribute "reporter" toggled to "yes."
