Delay of automation

Hello

I have an automation to send email to sales rep when a payement is made.

For that lead; 17795845

Payment was made yesterday, July 26 at 14h58

and email was sent/received today July 27 at 8h40

almost 18hours later

It's because the filter is for Payment date "last 3 days" so the automation will kick in anytime within those last 3 days.

If i want to be informed as soon as possible, should i use

Payment date in the last 1 day

or

Payment date is set

Ok, i put 3 days because at the begining i wanted to make sure to received everything that was made the last 3 days.

I will change it for 1 day

Payment date in last 1 hour would work much faster. Payment date is set now would send to ALL past ones so I wouldn't do that unless you set a Payments in last hour as well, then take it off again
