Report that shows optional fields (ie damage waiver) totals by salesperson?

I've scoured the fields I can choose for custom reports, and cannot figure out how to get a total number of damage waivers sold, broken down by salesperson, so we can more easily pay commissions.


Is this possible?

It's not currently. I'll talk with the team about adding some reporting tools related to these new fields.

Any progress on this? What would be the most efficient way to figure this out?

This was added with a recent release. The custom fields are at the bottom of the list of available fields when running a report.

We can only see a "yes" or "no", not total amounts for that optional field. What do we need to do differently?

I created a new report called Optional Incidental Damage Waiver Report...see if that's what you are looking for ...just put in the dates you are looking for and run the report

It includes all of the extra charges but i guess we can upload a csv file and filter. thank you

Acrtually, it only pulled out 4 total events with optional waivers, and we have many, many more than that.

It's only bringing up the damage waivers for me...what dates are you running? Let me try it

I think you would be better off running this in the new software. I put in the dates...added the "completed" status (the damage waiver filter is already built into the report) and ran the report on the leads page and take a look at my screen shot
