Whenever I get a pop-up for filtering, report creation etc on Firefox 28, the pop-up can't be seen

This started about 10 days ago but consistently happens only in Firefox...any PC. The pop-up will pop-up, but maybe 2-3% will be visible. To make it visible, I must click and drag to highlight everything...then it remains visible. Making the save or close buttons show up is somewhat difficult however.

I tested in firefox 29 and could not reproduce the issue. I tested both the Reports and the More filters link on the Leads page.
Try clearing your browser cache and/or upgrading your browser to see if that fixes it. If that still doesn't work, try disabling your browser add-ons.
