Charge set amount per rental for delivery?

I know this is an option, and we had to work around it a few years ago, but I cant seem to find this in the settings. Can you direct me to the KB article or explain how to setup to charge $65 per rental item that is delivered, while excluding a few particular items from that charge? I'd like to to automatically charge that $65 per item when 'delivery' type is chosen

Got it. I'll leave well-enough alone, so long as I can work-around charging the optional damage waiver % on the delivery fee itself? I posed that question in another thread, which is why I thought of this as the simpler work-around.
Effectively, we charge $65/item for delivery, with the exception of a few items. We just don't want to be charging people a damage waiver fee on the delivery charges.
