Pricing for Cotton Candy Machine is suddenly quoting as zero

Customer ID ID: 3443621 appears today with a price of zero for a cotton candy machine.

Until today the pricing has been appearing normally.

I tested this a few different ways and wasn't able to reproduce this. In all my testing I always got $95 for the machine. It's possible that the worker inadvertently changed the price manually on that line item. Do you happen to know if the worker was using the IO App rather than using the Leads page on the back-end like normal? I can see in the log they were using an iPhone. Any more info from the user that did this to help replicate the issue would be useful.
