Are you able to manually set hours for your sales rep to work during the week.
For example:
I want my sales rep to work M-F 9am to 3pm. Is there a way to set their schedule like this. Just asking because I only saw scheduling information for workers that are scheduled for an event. Any help would be great.

We don't have a feature for this right now. Adding a shift on the Schedule tab of a fake lead would be the only way at the moment.
