Multiple delivery charges

Is there anyway when using multiple brands/quote pages that 2 types of delivery charges can be used? In particular when it's not distance based.
Eg. Company 1 may only be delivering small items that warrant "x" delivery charge to ABC zip code but Company 2 may be targeted to larger items that warrant "y" delivery charge to ABC zip code?
