Event Time Keeps Defaulting

I've tried changing various settings and I cannot figure this out. My default event times keep defaulting to 12-6 and I don't want that. It will let the customer select their time, but once they actually reserve the rental, it switches back to 12-6. The only restriction I want is a party cannot start before 9am.

You have this set in the Settings-->Delivery Methods-->Deliver and Set Up-->Restrictions (see screenshot) you can adjust this here. You can just completely remove that if you want.
