Customer can't sign contract or pay

I created a quote and sent it to a customer to sign and pay. The event is for tomorrow, which my autobook settings won't allow someone to autobook on short notice, but I created the quote. When the customer clicks "Book this Event" in the quote, it says that someone will be in contact with them and doesn't let them pay or sign the contract. How do I fix this?

The customer won't be able to follow through with the auto-booking via the quote, as your settings are prohibiting this from happening. You must send over the contract in order for them to sign and pay for the event.

Thanks for the quick reply, Erika! When you say "send over the quote", should I email the quote to them via the contract template email in IO? Can they still pay online? Thanks again

You would have to email over the contract, not the quote. And yes, they can still pay online via the contract.
