Delivery Text Filter

I see that this question was asked before but there was no description on how to fix the issue.

I would like to capture all of the customers on the delivery schedule for tomorrow so we can text them their time.

On a separate note, how do I know when the texts will send? We have so many deliveries that our route may not be completely finished/finalized until 3pm the previous day and I don't want the texts sent out until after that time. How can I schedule the texts to be sent out at a specific time or even delay the texts if we are still completing the schedule?

We have created 2 filters for you "Delivery Time Text" and "Pick Up Tim Text" we have them set to capture leads that have a setup/teardown window in the next 1 hour. You can adjust the time on the filter if needed. But they are ready for you to use and attach to automations for delivery/pick up reminders.

We would like these filters to capture only the customers for tomorrows route Is this possible? Additionally I do not see the 2 filters that were created.

I have shared the filters with you, so you should see them now. The timing on the filter will be what determines when the text sends. So currently we have it as setup/teardown window in the next 1 hour and you can adjust where it needs to be. My recommendation of capturing tomorrow would be in the next 24 hours.

How can I exclude todays deliveries and only include tomorrows deliveries. I would like to only send a text to tomorrows customers telling them their delivery times.

Also if I want to send the entire list of delivery times out at 4pm today for tomorrows deliveries is that possible.

Filter for delivery text has been adjusted to weed out the leads for today.

I think the last problem would be is there a way to have them all send out at the same time for tomorrow? I am assuming that these texts will send out 24 hours before the delivery window which sounds ok but I don't want people getting a text at midnight for a pickup window.

Additionally we may not be finished making changes to the schedule and I wouldn't want a customer in the morning to get a text 2-3 times when we are making changes throughout the day.

Once these are turned on and active the first batch will probably send to everyone for tomorrow but then going forward they will send out the day before their event. They all cannot be sent out at the same time every day, not currently a way to control when/time it will send.
