How do I change the message that is displayed when a customer clicks the "Book Now" button on a quote?
We do not allow autobooking so a message is displayed that says "a representatvie will contact you shortly"

Is there a way I can change what this says myself?
Yes, absolutely. If you go into your Settings -> Languages -> English, you can find these messages here and customize them to your liking.
We find it easiest to use CTRL+F to find what you're looking for. In this case, I used CTRL+F and searched for the keyword "book" and this message in specific was found under "contact_shortly"
