We have a conflict showing on an obstacle course but the component isn't booked out anywhere else?

30MTR MAYHEM OBSTACLE, ID#540967 = Parent

15MTR ATOMIC OBSTACLE = Child

15MTR ATOMIC "2" OBSTACLE = Child

On 24/03, Atomic 2 is booked to LEAD#3213469

Mayhem or Atomic was not booked but when we added LEAD#3218857 for the Atomic, it's showing conflict with the lead above (for Atomic2)?

Did we not set up the relationship correctly?
