Can I set up a sandbag fee for a pavement surface or indoors that is based on the number of anchor point of the item? For example, a basic bouncer has four anchor points. So if my fee is $2 a sandbag, the sandbag fee would be $8. I have tried to play with it this morning, and can't make any headway.

We don't have an option for this. Here are some workarounds.

Set a flat fee for the pavement surface that reflects the average fee you would have for sandbags for an event.
Make an accessory called sandbags with a price of $2 per bag. Make them hidden from the quote page on each item that requires sandbags. Then manually select them when they apply.

I charge a $15.00 sandbag fee per inflatable. Anyway a sandbag fee is automatically applied in reference to how many inflatables were selected? So if a customers selects pavement for their surface type and wants 4 inflatables a $60 fee should be applied vs $15 which currently happens.

There is not a setting to do this at this time. The fee we offer is simply 1 time per surface. It doesn't not multiply per unit right now.
