Error travel distance out of range

When making a fake booking, why am I getting an error stating "travel distance is beyond our normal delivery area"? I am putting in a distance within range.

Are you putting in a real address? Some times if you choose a fake address it doesn't recognize it and cannot find it and that causes an isssue. If you are using a real address and still having an issue let us know and let us take a look.
