Why isn't this unit populating in the inventory search? Is it inactive? If so, how do we search for inactive items?

As Nicki said, you need to check in the pre set inactive

i hate to be that guy but is it spelled correct compared to the inventory name
even a space will make it not find it
we use just a generic search like RED and get them all that are active
