Set taxed price

I used to be able to just type a number in the "balance" box and it automatically gave a discount and calculated the tax accordingly. For example: If grand total was $204..52 and wanted to charge $200 even I would Just type that in the "balance" box and it adjusts the subtotal and tax. IT DOESN'T DO IT ANYMORE. It changes it back to what it was. I have to manually type a discount
