Line Item Won't Delete

When I go into a quote to edit it, if I try to remove the damage waiver it just keeps coming right back. It doesn't change the price if I uncheck it either.

in your promotion and fees if you have automatically recalculate selected it will keep coming back

if you uncheck the damage waiver box and answer the yellow warning message correctly it will not come back
you might have to save it 2 times but that is how it works for me
