Permissions groups

As we give more of our employees access to IO to view/schedule shifts, I've found it would be helpful to have saved groupings of permissions to choose from. That way I wouldn't have to go through the list and select each permission for every new hire. If they were tied to Positions, that would be ideal for me, as each employee would automatically get access to what they need for every position they are qualified for.
