Is there a way to prevent people from renting at public places/apartments online?

An option would maybe set up this as a delivery type? Set up different delivery types like:
Delivery to Residential
Delivery to Apartment Complex
etc....
Then block Delivery to Apartment complex from autobooking? You can follow up with these customers and let them know you are unable to delivery to them?
