I shared my inventory with another company. Its shows I want to do a 150% mark up from my price. When the company rents the item that I charge $8 for it should mark it to $12. However it is marking it at $20. How do I correct this?

Try only doing 50%. By doing 150% you're not charging their price plus 50%, you're charging their price + 150%. So you should only need to do 50%.
