Default Rental Length Not Accurate

Hello, I'm having a problem with my website not showing the correct default time rental. I've set all my pricing in IO to be 4 hours. I've also set the Wordpress IO plugin to default to 4 hours. (See attached screenshot) However, when you're looking at one of the units on the website, it generates a 6 hr price. (See link below.)

go to wordpress (website>admin login, from IO)


Once there, go to the inflatable office plug in located on the left side bar and then click pricing. there you can select the amount to display.

Thank you. I've had that saved as 4 hours for weeks now, and it's still defaulting to 6.

Those settings are on your actual website.


Go to https://www.magicjumpersllc.com/wp-admin and login there.


on the sidebar select InflatableOffice and Pricing.


In there you can select which time slots to actively display prices for

Yes, I've tried this several times. Even when I click "Hide all Prices" it still shows a 6 hr. rate price.

When I checked it made a quote for 1-9 so weird it's now trying to do 8 hours

the default time may be 8 hours for the cart page. If you go to settings>general Preferences then set a default start time and duration ( I think the default duration is 8 and the default start time is time you're on the site. but you can change it. )


As for the displayed rental duration on the item... It looks like your page is customized by someone and you may have to have them change the api to pull the information correctly.

So if you hit "Get Quote Now" the rentals appear to default to the 4 hours


So maybe it has something to do with the cart integration?

Okay, thank you. People's quotes are coming through at 4 hours...I'm just not sure why it's not displaying correctly before people book a quote...
