On the stats screen under phone, why are some line black some green?
i understand red is bad but not sure what black and green mean

Green = Good (< 15% missed), Black = OK (15-30%missed), and Red = Bad (>30% missed). Obviously this is subjective, but it's a helpful guide. Technically we can set these per account along with office hours. Default office hours are 9am-5pm.

i sort of figured that but when i look at as example 7/7 and 7/8 htey are black but less than 15% so im confused

It looks like there may be a bug with it. I think the 8th shows that way because all calls were considered 'after hours' since they were on the weekend.
