Is there anyway to send our customers to Google + to do surveys or "reviews" of our customers rather than having them fill out the survey that is already in IO?

Yes. Go to Settings->Email Center and choose the Customer - Thank You survey. Then change the link to the survey to be the Google+ link you want them to go to. The IO surveys are linked to your testimonials, so if you don't use our survey, your testimonials may suffer.

Yeah. After you save it, click "edit" again, and you'll see a "send manually" option. You can type your email in the "to" field as a test.

I have sent myself 3 or 4 manual emails and have not received one yet. When will i start seeing one come thru to my email?
