email settings - test login not working

I recently moved my email to a new server. when I updated the email settings and tried to test login I got this message: Something went wrong. Please try again.

I need to know what's wrong and how to fix it.

Double check your password. Also make sure your port settings are correct. All of those setting should match with what works for sending emails from your email client on your computer.

I checked the password, mail server and the port settings. They are all ok. I even changed the email password. Still getting the same message. I'm able to send and receive emails through outlook without any issues.

Who is the mail through? What company?
