Paypal not working @ the "moment"

I was checking the deposit payment option to make sure that it is functioning properly. The paypal checkout says that it is not working at the moment however I have processed other paypal transactions today through other sites.

I tested it on another account and verified that there aren't any issues with our service or with paypal. Is your paypal email address is correct under settings->payment options? That is most likely the issue.

No luck i have double checked the paypal email and it is correct.
