customer notes notification

For future consideration.
When there is a customer note, can that be a Pop-up when you select that customer? Since the customer note section at the bottom is allow collapsed until you open it, it can be missed easily.
The pop-up could be a simple as, "Please view Customer Note", which would prompt you to look. Or the pop-up could show the note in full or partial.
