Is there a way to print out a contract, invoice or quote without it having to be generated in an email ?

At the top of the "Event" Tab of a lead, you can hit the "Quote" printer icon to view a quote in the browser as the customer will see it, and there is a print button there. Contracts can be viewed similarly from the "Contract" tab of the lead and printed as well. You can also print contracts in bulk by putting in a date range filter on the Leads page, then choosing "Contracts" from the "Reports" drop down and clicking "view."
