Item Link Issue

I have added Light Up Letters to our inventory.

I have set up a rental item of Light Up Letters

with accessories under there for numbers, letters, symbols, and package names

they all work in io but not on my website

I have included it on all these pages

when i go to the webiste links i dont see the drop downs of the choices for the letters or packages because no matter what i get an error when i click view item

I have a developer taking a look, I as well ran a sync.
