before the upgrade, i could change from natural language to price list but now i dont see where that is possible. i want to set it for hourly increments like i could do on price list. can someone help out on where i can go to change natural language.

We are not offering the price list anymore because I believe you can do everything you want with the natural language pricing. Can you describe how you want to price your item?

there are items that would be to expensive to rent for 2 hours and/or 4 hours. so i dont want customers to be allowed to place the quote for those times slots.

ex: waterslide for 4 hours priced at 250. when i attempt a quote for 2 hours it quotes the same 250 when i want the rental to only start at 4 hours.

We have never been able to prevent customers from renting for a lesser time. The price list would not change this.
