When clients move from delivered to pickup

Can you look into automatically removing the delivery schedule when an event gets changed from delivery to pickup. Currently it stays in there and will print on the drivers schedule.
We try to avoid creating features that automatically delete anything; however, I see how this could be a problem needing solved. Perhaps the short term solution is to note it differently in the schedule so that it looks more out of place, and the staff would know it needs edited. Long term it would be better if the system prompted you to take actions via our warning system.
