We use staff notes for inner office communication and to record client info like worksheet received, job confirmed etc. How can I get this to print on a contract or in an email

Under Settings-->Optional Fields it shows that your Additional Notes 1 are what you use for "Event Notes for Staff". You just need to add the variable *additionalnotes1* to templates to have these show.
