tax rate, event county, issues....

The deposit was already paid on this, and tax rate correct. Customer called to make balance payment. Processed. Sent contract. Shows $5.xx more tax due. Showing a different taxrate warning than normal. Obviously, the balance due we processed was what it was showing due...then moments later it increased, likely because of the TaxCloud error.
Also showing wrong county for venue.

Our tax provider made changes without alerting us. We've fixed the
issue. We are looking at improvements to the tax system and possibly
working with another provider. You should be able to recalculate and fix it.
