Sales tax resetting to $0

I made a change on a lead (645026) and when updating, the tax reset to zero. When I enter the default tax rate manually, it applies a discount in the same amount. If I try to zero out the discount, the rate resets to zero. HELP!!!

This should solve the issue for when the tax rate is not correct.
1. Type in the correct tax rate
2. Adjust the discount by putting in a 0
3. Click Save

I set your default tax rate under Settings->Distance Charges->State tab. Then I was able to set the rate correctly no that lead. Sorry about that
