I signed up with open edge and I let them I was an IO customer. However I never received a token number to make the account active on IO and their tech support never answers the phone. I need help because it's not working. Can u look into this. Thanks.

When did you get your confirmation? They usually send us the info we need to activate the token shortly after. We'll reach out.

Based on their feedback, they've been trying to get a hold of you for an installation training before we get the rest of what we need from them. They may have a wrong number or something. They said their installs team is reachable at 1.800.774.6462 Opt 4

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but I wait for about 25 min and no one answers the phone. I’ve tried several times.

Their hours are supposed to be 7am-7pm Central time for customer support, which is Option 3. Option 4, then 1 (which is installations, then schedule an installation) may be different but I just called and it went right to a person.

I just realized this was on Saturday that you sent this, not Friday. Those hours are Monday-Friday.

Open edge customer service is terrible... I cancelled my service with them months ago and they still have not sent a pick up for my card reader and they still keep charging my account a minimum fee and I have to keep trying to get someone to fix it.... Charlie has been less than helpful to say the least..
