This is still giving a discount to my customer when they choose a package I have on my website. For example she chose a bounce house and face painting which I have configured as a package. It discounted it for face painting as well as the 15% off the bounce house. So can I exclude Packages from this as well?

If you email a lead ID to us, we will look at it. Remember that any lead can have either 1 special and 1 package applied or 1 special and 1 coupon. So, it is possible for a special and package to both apply.

You can't when using the admin discount line. However, you can when using specials, coupons, and packages.

Uncheck the advanced rule. You have to set the Get side to rentals and then check the rentals that will apply.
