Duplication in "Customer Notes" (Private)

There is a duplication in the information that is inputted into our Customer Notes (Private Section). Whenever we are editing the lead a duplication occurs in the Customer Notes section of the information that is already inputted into this section. It looks as if I am copying and pasting the same information several times. For example I have a lead that has personal information that is duplicated 16 times in the Customer notes. When I try to edit this and remove the duplication of information it creates more duplicates.

Sorry! The bug causing this has been fixed. I'll see if I am able to do anything to clean up the duplicate notes.
