Custom questions on leads page

We added some radio button questions on the quote form using the info here: https://www.inflatableoffice.com/support/knowledge-base/article/custom-questions-and-form-fields

When we try and add the same details to the Leads page through Optional Fields, it comes up with an error "Sorry couldn't auto-add it"

There's no fees associated with the questions - it's just info we need, same as the "stairs" example in the link above.

When the customer completes it on the Quote Request page, the info shows on the Leads page but we can't manually add it when we create the lead

What are you trying to do specifically? I see 2 optional fields, and both seem to be working.

Yes - on the front end.

Not on the back end inside the LEADS page. There are actually 3 questions all up - 1 with fees and 2 without:

TIME RESTRICT - HAS FEE - WORKING

STAIRS - NO FEE - NOT WORKING ON OUR LEADS PAGE (if we create the lead)

DRIVE DIRECTLY TO OR TROLLEY - NO FEE - NOT WORKING ON OUR LEADS PAGE (if we create the lead)

As attached

You must have added the fields a different way. I only see 2 fields that are setup in Optional Fields. Only fields setup there would show on the leads page.

Yes, but when we try and add the fields in "Optional Fields", we get: "Sorry couldn't auto-add it"

The message about auto adding is for auto adding to the quote page. That is because your page deviates greatly from our standard format. No worries, you can add it to the quote page manually. Already looks like you have. Put them in so they show on the leads page. Let me know, and I'll check your quote page.

Correct. We already have added them to the quote page manually. When the customer inserts the option from the quote page, it DOES appear in our LEADS in IO.

BUT if a customer phones us and WE want to put those 2 answers into LEADS, the fields are not there to complete. That's our issue! Not the front end.

I understand the issue. You manually added them to the quote page using an old method that we still support, but it doesn't work on the leads page. You need to make these fields under Optional Fields. Once you do, I can fix the rest.
