Can we, the IO user, customize the content of Alerts in the Alert Center?
I am most interested in modifying the alerts for Contract Signed and Payment Made to include links to the View Contract in addition to the current View Lead.
I do most things via smartphone, and View Contract does not require a sign in and provides the info I need - customer event info and payment info.

I would love this option also.
I find myself always having to look up the customer to get the LEAD ID to do other things needed.
And when a client has several events, just having the name isn't always the best option.
I for one would at least like to see the LEADID added to the end of the subject line, but i like the idea of fully customizable headers.

Are we able to customize the Subject Line of these alerts to include LEAD ID at least?
We do alot of work with the same clients and various staff within the firm. it would be helpful to see the lead id also if possible

It has been a while since this topic was touched upon. We face a similar problem to that of Greg, with particular clients having multiple events scheduled. Perhaps an addition to the subject line that would just list the event date would be a huge improvement. We tend to get swamped with these alerts, but a date in the subject line would serve as an indicator of urgency. Obviously, we try to eliminate the possibility of customers making a last minute payment, but inevitably one sneaks by every season!
