Worker reports on Dashboard

How are the reports on the dashboard in the workers tabs generated? Do they just pull from scheduled hours? Do they wait till I approve them in payroll? Hours that aren't approved, do they get sent to those reports? How does all of that work?

The ones on the dashboard. Any really.

Well...the upcoming schedule will not be any on the payroll yet...it will the confirmed events that have workers scheduled. The Workers Statistics will be completed leads that workers were assigned shifts on. I do not believe they had to be "approved" either....they just had to be scheduled and completed. And shifts needed are open shifts w/o workers

ok. so if I create a warehouse shift on the route planner does that ever become completed?
