Yes, I did that. This is why I am reaching out on how to change the one on my email templates. There is no help ticket, that I could find, that described how to change my logo, or header as its labeled, on my emails.

Yes this is how you would add your header to the emails by adding the %header% variable. If you need to change the logo, this will be done by going to Settings-->Account Preferences and uploading your logo.
