Image diaplying and navigation

Need Answer

A couple of things:

  1. Images across our site aren’t showing up properly—seems to be happening sporadically.
  2. For some reason, our location is showing in the navigation bar—please remove it.
  3. We don’t want "Ghost Chairs" or "Linen" to appear in the navigation bar—please remove those as well.

Also, we’d like to move forward with cloning everything over to IO for the $100 service fee. Let me know what you need from us.

Thanks!

I'm currently looking at the menu issue. Due to previous tickets we have the "Activity Log" plugin setup on your site. I went in and removed the ghost chair item and as you can see from the following picture, it recorded me doing so. The only other changes are from 2 weeks ago and from looking up the IP address recorded for the changes it appears that whoever made the previous changes was located in Ashburn, VA. So at least according to this plugin, the site has been like this for 2 weeks. However, there is another ticket in from a Mendel Sufrin about the broken images, so I was looking at your site yesterday and don't recall the weird menu options being there. That being said, I spoke with my coworker who is also familiar with the code that works with the WordPress sites we administer and neither of us are aware of any code that would affect your menus in such a way.

I have cleaned the menus up for you. Please keep an eye on it though since the Activity Log doesn't show any recent changes besides myself deleting the weird entries so if it does happen again we can take a deeper look. The process for removing the entries is pretty straightforward though:

after being logged into the site through the admin panel you just click "Appearance" -> "Menus" on the side bar and then scroll to the entries you want to delete, click the arrow next to the name of the one you want to remove and then click remove (as shown below.)

I've been working on diagnosing the issue with the images since mid-day yesterday and will update you once I have more information and/or it's fixed.

Hi Susan,

I really appreciate the offer, but we believe this might be a bug or glitch. The photos were displaying correctly yesterday, and the navigation bar was working fine before that. Could you take a look to better understand what we’re seeing?

Thanks for your help!

Best,

No problem!

And yeah that's weird, I'm not aware of anyone from our company that lives in VA. It's likely a legitimate user but their IP address might be masked by their internet provider or something of the sort.

Yep, have been working on it for almost a week straight. I'm in the testing phase though, so I'm hoping to have the solution out by the end of the day if everything goes as planned. Your patience is appreciated!

Website Image Issues – Immediate Fix Needed

It’s been over a week, and our images are still not showing. Clients are complaining, and we’re losing thousands in sales and potential business. This is unacceptable.

This needs to be resolved immediately—it should be the absolute priority. Please update me on what’s causing the delay and when this will be fixed.

Appreciate your urgent attention to this.

Thanks,
